Making our Families Safer with Kelly Sayre of The Diamond Arrow Group
Family safety is vital to the happiness and well being our our families. This has been a priority of The Secure Dad from day one. I’m always excited to discover new people who share the same mindset. That’s why I’m so excited to have Kelly Sayre of The Diamond Arrow Group as a guest on today’s show.
Kelly Sayre is someone who believes all women can learn how to be more situationally aware to keep themselves and their loved ones safe. She took self-defense classes, firearm safety courses and browsed all the tools marketed to women for protection, but what she couldn’t find was someone talking to women about how to spot a potentially dangerous situation BEFORE it happened. That’s when the idea for her company, The Diamond Arrow Group, was born.
Kelly has spent countless hours researching resources targeted to the military and law enforcement, interviewed numerous experts in executive protection, self-defense and mixed martial arts and applied their teachings to the civilian world, specifically focused on women. She offers public and private classes, presents to companies and organizations and is a national speaker. She collaborates with her local PD on their R.A.D. program offered to college students and she is about to release an online training program so women can learn how to be more situationally aware, anywhere and anytime. She is married to a law enforcement officer, has two boys ages 6 & 7 and one very large dog.
